Shipping Information

Standard UK delivery

We aim to have your parcel delivered within 7 working days* from the moment you submit your order.

A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.

Next day delivery

Next day delivery is available for orders made before 10am*

A signature may be required on receipt.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Brimah and John cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Worldwide International Delivery

International delivery prices is subject to weight and destinations of goods. For this reason we are unable to state a fixed rate. To book an international delivery first email a list of the items you're interested in purchasing, delivery address and phone number to info@brimahandjohn.com. We will then send a discount code to be applied at checkout, which reflects your destination delivery rate. For locations and weights with a rate of over £50, the delivery charge will be capped at £50.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your product is not in stock a refund will be issued. If you wish to exchange your item please email brimahjohn@yahoo.com

Returns

To book a return email us at info@brimahandjohn.com, include your name, order number, and post code.

You can arrange for your return to be collected via MyHermes, please note a handling charge will apply.

Alternatively you can send your returns to us via post, we recommend that you return your goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit. Please return the goods with a copy of your invoice attached.

We endeavor to process your return within 72 hours of receipt, we will send you an email on receipt of your return.
