#30DaysOfIftaar Day 10 Spinach Stir fry and Grilled Potatos

Potato, Tomato !

So our lovely Belle of @Belle__Afrique asked me wa'hum for my meat free meals?

So I took on the challenge, I hope seafood isn't cheating... I just couldn't go completely Vegan.

Here's my humble attempt...

Ingredients

1 Bell Pepper

1 Sweet Chilli

1/4 Red Onion

2 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree

1/2 Tablespoon of Virgin Oil

Bowl of Shrimps/Prawns

Can of Sardines

Bowl of Kidney Beans

Recipe

Chop up 1 bell pepper, 1 sweet chilli, and red onions to taste, and lightly fry in 1/2 a tablespoon of  virgin oil. For 3 minutes

Add the Tomato Puree, Shrimps/Prawns and Kidney beans, leave to simmer for 2 minutes

Add 1 Sardine

Add Spinach

Season and Stir

To season I used, 1/4 Tablespoon of Jumbo and curry powder, and one maggi cube. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes.
